About The Program

Eight Bi-Weekly Sessions

Each 75-minute session over Zoom is designed to enhance your awareness and build your leadership impact. Every session includes skill-building, opportunities for self-reflection, identification of action steps and insights, and deep connections with others. These sessions will take place at 12:00 pm ET on Fridays. Program dates: March 14, March 28, April 11, April 25, May 9, May 30 (May 23 is Memorial Day Weekend), June 6, and June 20.

Your group includes like-minded peers who will create a supportive and safe environment for asking questions, discussing challenges, and overcoming obstacles.

ABOUT SUSAN

I'm an executive and leadership coach and group coaching facilitator.

The foundation of my work is Unarmored Leadership™, a coaching model I created to help leaders dismantle their armor so they can lead without limitations.

I've facilitated dozens of groups and hundreds of group and individual coaching sessions with leaders across industries. I earn trust quickly and ask questions that spark insight and a-ha moments.

I am a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Group Coaching HQ, and Clear Beliefs certified coach and a three-time Ironman Louisville finisher.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • To create a welcoming and open dynamic, everyone who is interested in joining this program has to have a 15-minute call with me. I want to ensure that you’re getting what you need from this group and that you’re a good fit for the program.

  • I understand that things happen, and you may not be able to attend all sessions. However, you must attend a minimum of six sessions in order to stay in the program.

  • A few days before each session, I will send an email with some reflection questions to get you thinking about the topic, but you are not required to submit answers prior to the session.

    I will also share resources throughout the program to provide additional information that you can review at your leisure.

  • While I have been using my Unarmored Leadership™ Coaching Model with 1:1 clients, this will be the first time doing it in a group setting.

    At the end of each session, I will send you a short questionnaire so you can give feedback. You will also be required to provide a testimonial about your experience at the end of the program.

  • There is no payment plan available for the beta program—the amount of $497 needs to be paid one week prior to the program's start.
