Mallory Roth, Executive & Leadership Coach

“Unarmored Leadership™ is about leading in a way that you're proud of. The people drawn to this program have done great work in their careers and know what's possible in environments where people and teams can harness their potential. What I valued most about this experience was the honest and trusted discussion in our group and having focused topics and frameworks to guide our learnings. I would highly recommend this program to leaders who want to make positive waves across their teams and organizations and accomplish great work in a way they are proud of.”

Your Armor is Getting in the Way of Your Leadership

You didn’t become a leader by accident. You’re capable, thoughtful, and driven. And yet, in the moments that matter most, your mind starts racing, you tighten up, and your confidence takes a hit.

You may:

  • Hold back your voice in bigger rooms

  • Over-prepare and still doubt yourself

  • Soften or filter what you really want to say

  • Avoid conflict to keep the peace

  • Get stuck in an endless loop of imposter syndrome

  • Feel disconnected from the leader you know you can be

It’s exhausting.

This isn’t a lack of skill.

It’s your armor - the protective habits you’ve learned to survive, succeed, and belong.

Armor once kept you safe. Now it's keeping you small.

Unarmored Leadership is How You Come Back to Yourself

This program isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about removing what blocks your clarity, confidence, and presence.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Notice when armor is running the show

  • Regulate your nervous system under pressure

  • Lead from values instead of fear

  • Communicate with clarity and calm

  • Trust your inner leader

This is leadership that feels grounded, not performative.

Before → After

  • Overthinking what to say

  • Shrinking in big rooms

  • Feeling like an imposter

  • Avoiding hard conversations

  • Carrying everyone else’s emotions

  • Speaking with steady confidence

  • Taking up space naturally

  • Making values-aligned decisions

  • Handling conflict with ease

  • Feeling more like yourself again

That’s what Unarmored Leadership looks like.

This Is For You If:

  • You’re successful but internally struggling with imposter syndrome

  • You want to feel more grounded and confident

  • You’re tired of performing or ‘faking it till you make it’

  • You want to communicate with clarity and presence

  • You care deeply about trust, integrity, and relationships

This is not about fixing you.

It’s about freeing you.

“You can't see the picture when you are in the frame." It's hard to have an appreciation of how armored you might be until you are made aware.  And the Unarmored Leadership™ Archetypes and group coaching program helps us to do just that.”

“Becoming unarmored is a journey filled with intentional behavior and choices.  This program is a way to start the process and build awareness that will continue throughout your career.  That's the fun part about it.  Being unarmored doesn't have an endpoint; you will continue the work as you develop and your roles shift.  I think we all need to be a little more unarmored if we want to see change in the world.”

"Susan is a powerhouse of a coach! She always shows up with such presence and she consistently asks powerful questions. Each session with her pushes me to reflect and consider the lens I am using to look at situations. Through this work, I gain incredible insights and perspectives that help me shift my behavior and thinking patterns. As a coach myself, I am very picky about who I work with, and Susan is one of my go-to coaches whenever I need to think something through. That is the highest compliment I can give. If you are feeling stuck or need a powerful reframe, Susan is your woman. I cannot recommend working with her enough!"
